After a hearty breakfast, we’ll embark on a journey to the majestic Ngorongoro Crater. Descending 600 meters into this natural wonder, we’ll enjoy a full-day game drive in one of the world’s most densely populated African wildlife areas. With an estimated 30,000 animals calling it home, including Tanzania’s last remaining black rhinos, the Ngorongoro Crater promises unforgettable wildlife encounters.
Benefitting from a year-round water supply and abundant fodder, the crater supports a diverse array of animals, from herds of wildebeest, zebra, and buffalo to eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Its dense predator population, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, adds to the allure of this picturesque national park.
Optional Maasai Boma Visit: For a cultural experience, we offer a visit to one of the famous Maasai bomas. Here, you’ll witness traditional Maasai dance, tour an authentic Maasai village, and even have the opportunity for souvenir shopping at the local market. Please note that additional costs apply for these activities.
After a day filled with adventure and cultural immersion, we’ll retire to our accommodations for a delicious dinner and a restful night’s sleep.
